2481188 - Need to Assign PHV to custom Named User - Onboarding 1.0

• I am using standard onboarding process but the assignee needs to be changed to another Named User instead of Hiring Manager
• How do i change the assignee of PHV step
• Can i create my own named user apart from the standard named users (HiringManager; Recruiter; HR Manager)

You should have access to super administrator site

Super Admin :

1. Login to Super admin and choose the account
2. Click on Named User Types
3. Click on "Add Named User Type" and create the new named user
4. Go to Processes -> choose PHV step
5. Click on Add Assignee and use the newly created named user in the Assignee option

Onboarding:

1. Onboarding -> Data dictionary , create the same key whic hyou have used in Super admin.
2. Choose the type as User
3. Make sure you have the key available in RX folder
4. Make user you have this field available in one of the panel in PHV
5. The key in the panel should have the same name as in Super admin

BizX:

1. Go to Admin Center -> Setup  Onboarding Integration
2. Map the new created Named user
