2481231 - Not Able to find the Activity to Migrate the Sales Leads in SAP Cloud for Customer System

Your requirement is to migrate the Sales Leads in the system, but you are not able to find the activity Migration of Sales Leads in Business Configuration.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Overview view
3. Search for the activity Migration of Sales Leads
4. The migration activity is not available

The Sales Leads in SAP Cloud for Customer system have been Obsolete for some releases and no enhancement is planned for Sales Leads.

Leads supports all functionalities offered by Sales Leads and erstwhile Marketing Leads. We recommend you to switch to Leads at the earliest.

You can follow the below steps to find the activity to migrate Leads in the system:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Leads
4. Choose Migrate leads using the migration tool
5. Select You Can Also at the top right corner of the screen and Download Migration Template

You may also use the Data Workbench approach to import the Leads in the system.
