2481305 - Values not visible for a picklist field dropdown of Business Rules

Symptom

  • On creating a business rule, no values are being displayed for a picklist field.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core

Reproducing the Issue

1. Create a Business Rule with Job Information as the base object.

2. On trying to set the value for the picklist field For example: 'Employee Group', no values are being displayed.

Cause

This is because, translations are not maintaied for the picklist values.

Resolution

1. Admin Center -> Picklist Management

2. Download the picklist.

3. For the picklist(s) attached to the field(s), make sure the translations are also entered.
