2481306 - Launching Forms - How many characters a Performance Form section's name supports?

• When launching forms, you see that your Mass Creation form job is failing for a specific Performance Form Template.
• You face the issue with just a specific form, other forms it works fine.

• SuccessFactors Performance Management (PM) - All versions.

1. Log into the system as admin;
2. Go to Admin Center> Launch Forms;
3. Launch the affected form to a user;
4. Go to Monitor Jobs;
5. The form that you just created is showing as Failed.

• This might be related to the Performance Form section's name;
• Please double check if the affected form template has been given with more characters.
• The expected text for a section name field is limited to support up to 1000 characters.

• Check if your Performance Form's section name has more than 1000 characters, if so then please reduce it.
