2481529 - ESI - Deletion of WS bgRFC queues via bgRFCMonitor is not possible

Symptom

In transaction SBGRFCMON, when trying to delete queues, the system raises the following error:

Deletion of WS bgRFC queues via bgRFCMonitor is not possible. Please use the Web Service Message Monitor.
