Symptom

Errors 2824 are reported in the ASE errorlog:

Error: 2824, Severity: 19, State: 2
Process 223 cannot hold PROC_BUF 0x0x21c3dab48 named 'xxxx' because it holds another PROC_BUF 0x0x21c3dab48 named 'xxxx'. A process can only hold one view, rule, or default at a time.
