2481675 - Message ACC_AA119 Posting not possible; new Asset Accounting is inconsistent

Symptom

While executing any asset transaction like AJRW, FAGLGVTR, F-90 or ABSOL the following error message appears:  Message ACC_AA119 Posting not possible; new Asset Accounting is inconsistent.

This error may also be behind the AA765 error during AFAB.
