2481676 - Candidate Profie Fields not following permission

While Adding Candidate from Candidates Tab in Recruiting, all the fields are editable by the recruiting operator.

After the Recruiting User Adds Candidate from the Candidates Tab.

The Candidate Profile pops up, where all the fields are editable by the Recruiting User. This is not in line with the permission configuration in candidate profile template.

This is as per the system design.

First time after Recruiting Adds a candidate, all the fields will be available for editing to facilitate complete profile creation.

Once Saved and Closed the permission will be as per the configuration in candidate profile template.
