2481737 - Reports RM06ENP0 / RM06ENP1 not results expected netprice, and can not update EKPO-NETPR to zero value

Symptom

When trying to update prices for scheduling agreements/contracts using reports RM06ENP0/RM06ENP1.

Notice that when price found is zero (or if there isn't valid time dependent condition), system does not update EKPO-NETPR in database with value 0,00.
