Symptom

  • You are performing one of the following scenarios:
    • Implementation of Note / Transport-based Correction Instruction (TCI) / Adjustment of Notes in SPAU
    • Performing upgrade in Software Update Manager (SUM): Phase - PREP_EXTENSION/CPK_INCLUSION
    • Performing a Support Package (SP) / Add-on Import in SPAM / SAINT 
  • You encounter the following similar error message in any of the above scenarios:
    • Unable to find delivery event XXXXXXXXXX
      Unable to find delivery event.JPG
  • You may also come across this error message when downloading a Note or adjusting for Notes in SPAU or SPDD:
    • Release track 15108 P 000013 does not exist
      Message no. SCWN012
