Resolution
Lumira 2.0 SP2 Open Beta support goes through your SAP nominator. In the email from your SAP nominator it should read:
“As the Open Beta does not have the ability to raise BCP tickets, if you have any questions during the period of the Open Beta, please direct them to me for my handling.”
Please contact your nominator for further support.
