2482152 - PDF Print mode does not work when selected in BI Launchpad or when specified in code

Symptom

When selecting the PDF Print mode option in BI Launchpad or when setting the option:

myViewer.setPrintMode(CrPrintMode.PDF);

in a custom SDK application, the activeX print mode is used instead.
