Symptom

  • EPM report keeps refreshing for a long time and SM50 shows that CL_UJAM_HIERARCHY_STORE keeps running.
  • Finally you see the following error returned:
    "500 SAP Internal Server Error"
    "ERROR: A deadlock has occurred while attempting to access table UJA_DIM_HIE_MAP2 termination"
