  • You are using the example Chat Client provided with SAP Contact Center
  • The client does not work when the "https" protocol is used
  • When using the HTTP protocol, all works well
  • Chat Portal logs show the following errors:
    • ERR> SoapException: Chat Server not available Area:System Error:3 Retry:False Fault:
    • EXC> <detail><IciErrorCodes xmlns:xsi="" xmlns:xsd="" xmlns="urn:IciEventInterface"><areaCode>1</areaCode><errorCode>3</errorCode><errorText>Chat Server not available</errorText><errorRetry>false</errorRetry></IciErrorCodes></detail>
