Symptom

  • SAP Replication Server (SRS) is used to replicate from Oracle to HANA
  • attempt to create a subscription with direct_load
    create subscription <sub_name>
    for <repdef_name>
     .....
    without holdlock direct_load init replicate table with truncate
    user sa password XXXYYXYXYXYXY
    go 
  • The following error occurs:   
    ERROR #32059 SUB(<sub_name>) - eneric/sub/sub_mat.c(11415)        
    Invalid object identifier for table or function '<table_name>'. id = <repdef_name>.
    REPLICATE Replication Server: Dropping subscription <sub_name>
