2482737 - Fiori Manage Sales Orders - "Could not open app. Please try again later."

Symptom

When opening the Fiori Manage Sales Orders application, the user is presented with error: "Could not open app. Please try again later.". In the console log, the following errors are noticed:

  • App ssuite.objectexplorer has errors and may not run correctly; please see SAP Note 2364579 - ssuite.objectexplorer
  • Error in app component ssuite.objectexplorer: No descriptor was found -  ssuite.objectexplorer
  • Error: found in negative cache: 'ssuite/objectexplorer/Component.js' from /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ssuite_objexplo/~C0F3CC0C487876228B944F9D69A1863A~C/Component.js: 404 - NOT FOUND
  • failed to load Javascript resource: ssuite/objectexplorer/Component-preload.js
