2482882 - Error in DDIC_ACTIVATION / ACT_UPG during installation of OTEXVIM 750

Symptom

You are trying to install OTEXVIM 750 on a Netweaver 7.5 / 7.51 based system. You receive the following error in phase DDIC_ACTIVATION (SAINT) or ACT_UPG (SUM):

Activate domain /OPT/D_CP_COUNTER
There is no check on the mask for data type INT4
Fixed value/limit 9999999999 for data type INT4 is greater than the maximum value 2147483647
Domain /OPT/D_CP_COUNTER not activated
