2482908 - The Delete Action Field (Trash Icon) is Missing in the Activity Facet in the Sales Quote and Sales Orders

You want to delete Activities from Sales Quotes or Sales Orders, but the Delete icon is missing.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open any Sales Quote.
4. Navigate to the Activities facet.

The Email/ Appointment/ Phone Call and Task do not have the Action -> Delete column like it's available in Leads/ Opportunities.

The same applies for Sales Orders Activities.

This is the existing system behavior of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer.

Activities can be deleted via the corresponding work center Activities:

1. Go to the Activities workcenter.
2. Go to the respective view for the Activity you wish to delete (eg Appointments).
3. Mark the Activity and click the Actions icon > Delete.

The functionality of deleting the activities from within Sales Quotes/ Sales Orders is planned to be made available in a higher release. At this point in time, we are not in a position to provide more accurate information on date and/or timelines for this future release
