2482920 - SAML Single Sign On setting cannot be reverted back to the deafult SAP Cloud ID in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

  • In Administration > Security tab, the SAML Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled and cannot be turned off, however the authentication is still using the default SAP Cloud IDP
  • Error message appears after reverting it manually to Cloud ID:
    "An error was encountered during the conversion process. Please check your settings and try again."
  • SAML Mapping column - with already given P numbers - is visible in Security > Users and therefore new users cannot be added to the tenant with SAP Cloud ID.
