2482964 - The new change of the profile parameter is not active after being maintained in RZ10

Symptom

The new value of the parameter does not take effect after being maintained in RZ10, even though the instance has been restarted.

The parameter was changed to 1400000 in RZ10, but the new value is not active even after an instance restart.

However, it still shows the old value 800000 in RZ11.
