2483088 - Cannot assign a blank-padded string to a parameter: Java Scheduler issue

When creating a task, the Java Scheduler displays the error:

"The task was not added due to:An exception has occured while persisting state of task <Task ID> Please analyse the stack trace and/or send it to SAP Support center"

Additionally, defaultTrace shows the exception:
