2483089 - SAP GUI for HTML: CONVT_NO_NUMBER dump with CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS

Symptom

When calling SAP GUI for HTML (Webgui) service or a Portal iView, the following dump is received,
from the dump, it indicates it happens with ITS handler: CL_HTTP_EXT_ITS.
The same issue doesn't happen on SAP GUI for Windows when the same transaction and steps are performed.
