2483228 - AS Java log configuration causes errors in the system

1. You try to modify the Log Severity in NWA but it is not possible to change it. Lot of severities have the status "irrelevant":

Or when you open Config Tool the below warning message is visible:

WARNING: Can't load log formatters from "<Instnr>" on level <XX>

Additionally in default trace similar exceptions can be found:
