1. Login to SuccessFactors 
2. Report Centre
3. Table report 
4. Proxy Report 
5. Selected “Security & Proxy Data” as the domain.
6. Click on Preview 
7. There is no results generated.

As confirmed by engineering team, the "Security and Proxy Data Report" is not supported anymore.

To retrieve this proxy data, customer should be using the SAC report or the Security Permissions report.
