2483376 - Skillsoft Connector - Inactive Items in skillsoft not getting updated with inactive status in LMS

We are having an issue, where our inactive items (inactivated by Skillsoft), are not inactivating in the LMS.

 first file is the metadata for the content contains the, the second XML file is the entitlement status where the status is coming in as "not-entitiled". SF uses the entitlement status file to figure out what is new and what is to be removed.

The skillsoft connector does not update the active/inactive status + item description + item title if the item was modified in any way other than the connector. This is being done to avoid overwriting whatever has been changed by the Admin.
If the admin has modified the item, it will not be sufficient to pass the "not-entitiled" status through entitlement_status.xml file alone.
The only way to deactivate these items through Skillsoft connector is to pass the item entry in both customer_catalog.csv file and entitlement_status.xml file.
