2483454 - Error - Invalid object name 'RDIStatHeader' when using "Allow All Requests without Authentication"

Symptom

  • You are using SAP Contact Center and want to collect statistics for SAP CRM/ SAP BI / SAP BW
  • The 'RDIStatHeader' table exist in the *VWU (Data Wharehouse)
  • While checking the OII (Online Integration Interface) logs and the RDI logs, the following errors and messages are capture:
    • ERR> CreateResponse: SQLexception [SQLExecute failed (REPORTING/S0002/[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'RDIStatHeader'.|REPORTING/37000/[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be prepared.)]
    • ERR> Failed to create a Response 
    • TRC> Received request [/RDI/Service.asmx]
    • TRC> GetConnectionsTabular called with inputs: StartTimestamp: 28.02.2017 23:00:00 EndTimestamp: 31.05.2017 10:18:26 MaxSteps: 9999999
  • Placing a breakpoint in CRM -> at "CALL FUNCTION 'SPS_STAT_DATA_GET' -> LPH1STATISTICSU02", receives the following messages:
    • L_RETURNCODE = 2
    • L_ERR_TEXT = „System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Failed to create a response#   at I“
  • In SQL logs, the following errors are captured as well:
    • Microsoft.AnalysisServices.Xmla.ConnectionException:
    • A connection cannot be made to redirector. Ensure that 'SQL Browser' service is running. ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: No such host is known at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient..ctor(String hostname, Int32 port)
