2483496 - EWA cannot be activated in Japanese, Chinese,etc on solution manager 7.2

You have installed the language, like Japanese, in Solution Manager System.
Only English could be selected as the language in Transaction SOLMAN_SETUP -> Earlywatch Alert Management -> Activate EWA.
