2483757 - Error "ABEND RS_EXCEPTION (000): Dereferencing of the NULL reference MSGV1: Dereferencing of the NULL reference" when refreshing Lumira report

Symptom

  • Refreshing a Lumira report based on BW which contains a date prompt results in the following error:
    ABEND RS_EXCEPTION (000): Dereferencing of the NULL reference
    MSGV1: Dereferencing of the NULL reference
  • The default date value in the prompt window is showing the date the report was created, however it is expected to show the current date
  • The report fails to refresh only with the default date - other dates refresh successfully
