2483812 - "Could not open app" appears in Create Purchase Requisition app after PR creation


User cannot access the "Create purchase requisition" app again, after creating a purchase requisition and navigating back to the Launchpad page, and the following error is displayed: "Could not open app".

The app can be open again only after refreshing the Launchpad page.
