Symptom
- During regular runtime operations, dialog work processes (mainly INSERTs) fail with a short dump (Error 2628 or Error 716) on multiple tables:
Short text: SQL error 5702 when accessing table "ABCD".

SM21 system log shows INSERT work processes failing with
SQL716: Unable to allocate memory of size 16384 bytes from the 'compression info' pool.
- SM21 and ST22 errors will reference the affected table.
- The ASE errorlog contains one or more of the following messages:
ICOMP_ROWBUF2 is already used
Error: 716, Severity: 16, State: 33
Unable to allocate memory of size 16384 bytes from the 'compression info' pool
Error: 2628, Severity: 21, State: 2
In database 'SID', page 42680079 is linked forward to page 29819435, but that page is linked backward to page 29774630. Please report this internal error to SAP Technical Support.
