2484042 - Unable to verify resource file for RA MSSQL with verify_sybfilter=yes - SRS

Symptom

  • Unable to verify resource file for Replication Agent (RA) Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) with verify_sybfilter=yes even when sybfilter is setup correctly and on the same host.
  • Receive the following error message during verification:

ERROR:  Replication agent should be installed on the machine where the primary database resides.
    ** Resource-file processing completed with errors: Replication agent should be installed on the machine where the primary database resides.
