2484163 - Application Error When Running Adhoc Report with Domain 'Person and Employment Export', 'Job Information (Date Range)', and 'Person and Employment Info (as of Date)'

Symptom

You are unable to run an AdHoc Report using the following domains:

  • Person and Employment Export
  • Job Information (Date Range)
  • Person and Employment Info (as of Date)

When attempting to run the report, an application error message occurs.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to: Reporting
  2. Preview or Run the report

Cause

The HRIS Element compInfo is disabled.

Resolution

When configuring Employee Central, it is imperative that the compInfo HRIS Element is included in the configuration.
