2484405 - Fiori application Manage Service Entry Sheets shows pending approval

When using Approve Service Entry Sheets Fiori app, the user sees the service entry sheet is still pending approval.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1702

1. Schedule an automatic purchasing job and use the time recording template for the service entry sheet
2. Go to the Manage Service Entry Sheet Fiori app and make sure the service entry sheet is approved
3. A PO must be created
4. The external service performer must be assigned to a project
5. The external service performer must enter times and get approval from the PM

1. When starting the job scheduling for purchase order "xxxxx", a service entry sheet is created with status "Automatic Approval Pending" which means that the automatic posting of the goods receipt failed
2. A corresponding error message should be returned in the job log
3. The job log can be found in the "Schedule Purchasing Jobs" app by clicking on the status icon in the column "Log"
   
   Note: If the log shows success, then this will be fixed in the next cloud release update to show the error.

The issue is related to the following problem:

1. The WBS element which was assigned to PO XXXX was not attached to a Sales Order (Customer Project).
2. After changing the WBS element, the goods receipt were created successfully
