Symptom

  • POWL query refresh is not finished and the result list is grayed out.
  • POWL query refresh progress bar is stopped at 99% and refresh is running until the window is closed.
  • POWL refresh freezes out and result list not updated until the window is closed,
  • SRM Report result lists (Purchase Order Status, Purchase Order Details, Shopping Cart Status, Shopping Cart Details) are not refreshed properly,
  • Shopping Cart, Purchase Order status not updated in SRM Reports.
