2484462 - Internal and External Career Search Settings in Admin Center - Recruiting Management


Since the b1705 release, the Provisioning feature 'Internal and External Applicant Search Settings' is now available in Admin Centre under the name 'Internal and External Career Search Settings.'

Internal and External Career Search Settings is now also available in the Admin Centre.

Any search settings on the career site can now be changed by an admin user in the SF system.

Below is the RBP permission required:

  1. Navigate to Admin Center
  2. Go to Manage Permission Roles, then select the Permission Role
  3. After that, go to Permission
  4. Go to the tab Manage Recruiting, and search for the checkbox Enable 'Internal and External Career Search Settings'. See below:

Once enabled, you will need to log out of the system, and when you log back in 'Internal and External Career Search Settings' will be available in Admin Centre.

Once you select this option, you will find all settings which are present in provisioning are now available here:

There are 2 different tabs External and Internal to update external and Internal career site search settings.

NOTE: It is important to switch between both Internal and External Tabs when adding translations for both Filters and Mfields. You cannot use fields that are configured as custom="true" in this setting.
