The issue happens on Query Designer and BEx Analyzer

While clicking on F4 of a specific Variable screen or while restricting a Characteristic on Query Designer for a variable or a value, the following error occurs:

> The issue occurs with one specific user and with one specific variable.
> If you create a new user on SU01, you will see the issue does not occurs.
