2484675 - Error Message: “Cross Process Category Missing” While Migrating the Materials

Your requirement is to migrate the Materials, but you receive the below error during Simulation:

Cross Process Category Missing

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Materials
4. Choose Migrate materials using the migration tool
5. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File
6. You receive the error message mentioned during the Simulation step

In the General tab in migration template, the Product Category field contains redundant or incorrect entries.

Example: The correct Product Category in system is XXXXX , YYYYY and ZZZZZ.

However the data entered in the Product Category field in migration file is as below:

XXXXX - XXXXX

YYYYY - YYYYY 

ZZZZZ - ZZZZZ

(where XXXXX and YYYYY and ZZZZZ represents the Product Category ID)

Fill the migration file with the correct data and proceed with the migration.
