2484836 - "The service is unavailable" when visiting Relay Server URL Suffix in a browser

Symptom

  • "The service is unavailable" message is shown when visiting Relay Server URL (by default it is <server address>/ias_relay_server/server/rs_server.dll) on a machine other than the Relay Server host machine
    AND/OR
  • Relay Server Outboundenabler returns "404 Not Found" when trying to connect to Relay Server
