2484841 - Invalid user S00xxxxxxxx when calling SAP backend system

Symptom

During the upload of a technical system via LMDB the following warning and error messages are issued:

Warning occurs when uploading data to SAP Support Portal.
Warning occurs when uploading data to Maintenance Planner.
Invalid user S00xxxxxxxxx when calling SAP backend system - Display Help

In the help the Message No. SOLMAN_SAP_BACKEND007 is displayed:

The S-User S00xxxxxxxx in the above screenshot is only an example and is to be interpreted as a synonym for a valid S-User used in your company.
