2485001 - Compensation - Different Scenario to trigger Email on Update all worksheets Action

We have scheduled the provisioning job for updating all worksheets of compensation.

We need to know what all type of notifications will be received to end users.

For example adding a new employee to worksheets, Move an employee's Compensation data from old manager to current manager, creating new worksheets for new manager(s) or if we enable Remove Inactive Employees From Compensation Worksheets etc.

SAP Successfactors Compensation

The following are some example scenarios.

Scenario 1

When removing the inactive employees form form A, the planner of form A will get the following message:

The following Employee(s) became inactive and have been removed from the form Form Name:

User Full Name

Scenario 2

When moving the employee's compensation data from form A into form B, the planner of form B will get the following message:

The following Employee(s) have been moved into the form Form Name due to Manager change:

User Full Name

Scenario 3

When moving employee's compensation data out of form A, the planner of form A will get the following message:

The following Employee(s) have been moved out of the form Form Name due to Manager change:

User Full Name

Scenario 4

When adding new employees to form A, the planner of form A will get the following message:

The following Employee(s) have been added to the form Form Name:

User Full Name

 

Scenario 5

When creating worksheet for new manager, the planner will get the following message:

Please be advised that the document Form Name has been created for you by Admin Full Name and is now available in your PerformanceManager Inbox folder.
