2485148 - Content Activation Guided Procedure error "An alternative ID can't be created for project" - Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

  • "Activate ChaRM Content" fails, and error messages with the following text are created in the activity log referencing each of the existing 7.1 projects:
    "An alternative ID can't be created for project <Project Name>
    Could not enable Change Request Management content for project <Project Name>"

  • SLG1 shows:
    "An alternative ID can't be created for project <Project Name>
    Could not enable Change Request Management content for project <Project Name>"

  • SOLMAN_SETUP logs shows:
    "The number range interval is missing."
