2485350 - Learning home page not loading in Microsoft Edge browser

While accessing Learning home page I get the following message on Edge browser stating "You have Stumbled upon some Vintage web tech , this website runs on older technology and will only work with internet Explorer"

Use the 'about: flags' to disable 'Use Microsoft Compatibility List' in the 'Developer settings'

Type about:flags in the browser window to see "Developer Settings" and uncheck 'Use Microsoft Compatibility List'
