2485364 - Unable to schedule a Class in Chinese Locale

Unable to create schedule offering in Chinese or Chinese (Taiwan) Locale because "The time slot start date is invalid" error appears.

1. Please ensure that your preference is set to Chinese or Chinese Taiwan Locale.
2. Search for an Item to create Class.
3. Select any date and time with a time format using AM/PM
4. Observe the "The time slot start date is invalid" error

The issue is occuring due to Start Time format using AM/PM. The Chinese language Locales use 上午/下午 in place of AM/PM.

Please ensure that time format is set hh:mm 上午/下午 (Example : 10:00 上午/下午) and correct the Label Hint from "hh:mm AM/PM" to "hh:mm 上午/下午" by going to Manage Labels -> Locales, select a Chinese language Locale, then go to Time Patterns Tab, edit Time Pattern Hint there.
