Symptom

Unable to create schedule offering in chinese locale.

users receive the below error message

Error message Translation:

Validation error
The following errors must be corrected before proceeding:
• The zone start time is invalid.

Reproducing the Issue

1) Please ensure that your perfernce is set chinese locale.

2) Search for any item and click on Schedule under "Action" tab to create schedule offering.

3) Select the date as 20/Jun/17 and time format as 09:00 AM/PM

Cause

The issue is occuring due to Start Time format 10:00 AM.

In chinese locale, system will not recognise AM/PM

Resolution

Please ensure that time format is set hh:mm 上午/下午 (Example : 10:00 上午/下午)

To correct the label hint from "hh:mm AM/PM" to "hh:mm 上午/下午", Go to References -> Geography -> locales, select Chinese, then go to Time Patterns Tab, edit Time Pattern Hint there.
