Symptom
- An “Incomplete” icon to appear in My Employees view of a User
- Expanding the 3 dot menu shows a message of "Incomplete Curricula"
- No Curricula show up on the User’s learning plan or on the Employee Status tile on the Supervisor Landing Page
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Assign a Curriculum to a User
- Set the Curriculum to Inactive (Curriculum > Deactivate in right menu) before the user Completes the Curriculum
- Login as Supervisor
- Navigate to My Employees, click on User from step 1
- Note the Icon & clicking the 3 dots shows Incomplete Curricula
- On the right hand “Status:” tile, it shows “All required Curricula are complete”
- If you click on “Curricula” in the Status tile, it shows there are no curricula assigned at the moment
- In LMS Admin, navigate to the User Record, Curricula Assigned shows one as Incomplete
Cause
Product Engineering has determined this as a defect under LRN-18802
Resolution
The issue is resolved in release b1708
Workaround:
- Reactive Curriculum and it will reappear on the User's Learning Plan
- User can then complete the Curriculum
- OR -
- If it is not required to complete the Curriculum, it can be unassigned
- Note: Unassigning Curriculum from a User will remove it from their Learning Plan and will not be a part of the Learning History
