2485892 - One Time Deduction Portlet Keeps on Loading Without Displaying Data and Application Error is Given.

Symptom

One Time Deduction portlet keeps on loading without displaying data in PP3, sometimes an error may be received when accesing the Employee Profile of a user.

An application error is provided when scrolling or selecting a tab at the top of the PP3 screen.

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to the Employee Profile of any user, the One Time Deduction portlet keeps loading. Sometimes an application error may be received.

Cause

Configure Deduction Screen Ids object is missing in Manage Data

Resolution

1. Go to Admin Centre. In the Tool Search field, enter Manage Data.

2. In the Create New dropdown menu, select 'Configure Deduction Screen Ids'.
3. Enter the relevant UI for each screen, for example:

onetimeDeductionId	OneTimeDeductionTakeActionConfigUI
onetimeDeductionUserGoAdminId	OneTimeDeductionEmpInfoAdminConfigUI
onetimeDeductionUserGoEmployeeId	OneTimeDeductionEmpInfoUserConfigUI
recurringDeductionId	RecurringDeductionConfigUI
onetimeDeductionUserGoEmployeeEditId	OneTimeDeductionEmpInfoUserConfigUI

Please, note that for 'recurringDeductionId' the UI, to provide consistence across the instance, it should be the same than the MDF Screen ID selected for Recurring Deductions block in 'Configure People Profile'

4. Click Save.
