2485896 - SAP PD does not generate ALTER INDEX statement to add included column

Symptom

  • IBM DB2 for z/OS uses the ALTER INDEX statement to include column in index definition.
  • SAP PowerDesigner drops then recreates the index.
  • It should have generated:

ALTER INDEX index-name
   ADD INCLUDE COLUMN (column-name)
