2485938 - Error message at customer creation does not provide sufficient information on missing field entry

Error message F2 607 is raised during the customer creation in the 'Customer Master' App.

"Mandatory functions not yet fully maintained" raised against missing Grouping field entry.

1. Access the Customer Master Fiori App
2. Enter mandatory information in the General Data Tab 
3. Add customer roles
4. Enter the sales area data
5. Leave "Grouping" field blank
6. Click on [Save]
7. The following error message is displayed: 'F2 607':

The error message is raised as the mandatory partner functions are not getting determined. This is because the Business Partner Grouping is not maintained. The partner functions are determined based on the grouping, so the error message is not totally irrelevant.

A better approach is to internally use the standard business partner grouping during save (when BP grouping is not filled) to determine the partner functions.

Hotfix Correction for S4HANA Cloud 1808 SPS04 and a Verification Patch for S4HANA Cloud 1808 SP03 fix the issue.
