1. Navigate to LMS administration
2. Navigate to System Admin > Automatic Processes > Clean up Approval Process
3. Schedule and wait the APM to run successfully
4. No notifications are triggered and you do not know which templates are being used with this APM

The purpose of the Automatic Process “Clean up Approval Processes” job is to clean the approval requests from supervisor workflow when a scheduled offering Item is already started, however request is pending in the supervisor’s workflow. This automatic process is not intended to send any notifications, therefore there are no notification templates associated.
