2486102 - DB6: SQL1666N error when activating BLU tables

Symptom

During CCMS_BI_SETUP run, you receive the following messages:

ERROR: errors while content activation occured
ERROR: Error/warning in dict. activator, detailed log > Detail
ERROR: The SQL statement was not executed
ERROR: Table <table name> (Error adjusting the database)

In the dev_w trace, you find that this error was caused by the following database error:

SQL1666N  The table definition statement failed because some functionality was specified in the table definition that is not supported with the table type.  Unsupported functionality: "NON-RECLAIMABLE STORAGE".
