Symptom 1
In the solution manager system, you notice errors like the following in the SAP developer trace files.
This happens when it is connecting to the managed systems.

Symptom 2
SOLMAN_SETUP for the managed system with Db2 V9.1 fails with the following error:

This KBA only applies if the ABAP location is "CL_SQL_CONNECTION=============CP".
